We can only ship to the shipping address you provide on the checkout page. Please double-check to make sure it is correct prior to completing the payment process.
You will receive an email from USPS with your tracking # and shipping details within 24 hours (typically much less) of completing a purchase. Please note that it may take a few hours for USPS to update the status of your shipment, even after it has been dropped off at the Post Office.
All items we ship will be securely packed and shipped via USPS. Domestic orders within the US will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Tracking. Most International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Shoes ship double-boxed.
International buyers claim responsibility for any customs, duties or border fees associated with their shipment. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We generally try to help reduce these charges, but the charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
We claim no responsibility for lost or stolen items while in the possession of the United States Postal Service and its affiliates.

In the unlikely event that your order cannot be filled (ie. wrong size sent) for any reason, a full refund for that item will be issued immediately.
Factory flaws such as slight creasing, leather defects, over glue, paint stains, etc. may be evident.
